Ashok Subramaniam, CEO

Ashok brings over 25 years of experience in IT services, business solutions and fostering relationships with global and local corporate IT leaders in several industry verticals in North America

Ashok joined Mazeolve in 2007 from Certus where he headed their Chennai Development center. Prior to Certus, he had several engineering and management positions in several companies including HCL, Microcon Instruments and Systems, Ingress, Informix, Karna Information Technology. He has managed several offshore teams and global teams in product development and IT services. During his Karna years, he played key role in bringing relationships with Informix and Broadvision.

Ashok is a Physics graduate from Loyola College and Electronics graduate from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai, India and has an MBA from US.

Bala Chander, COO

An entrepreneur by nature, Bala Chander had founded Oricco Inc. in 2003 to provide Oracle Application Services as an independent consultant and quickly grew to a full service provider with 15 consultants. Prior to Oricco, he was with Polaris, Rapidigm and Pricewater House. A Chartered Accountant from India, he has extensive implementation experience in business functions using ERP packages from Oracle and SAP.

Bala has successfully opened and operated offshore services and business process re-engineering centers.

In 2007, the company re-structured with a reformed strategy to expand into Open Source Computing to provide meaningful solutions to IT organizations with the key mission of “Open ECO and Low TCO”.
