The increasingly complex nature of managing IT infrastructure, hardware, software costs, training and retraining of inhouse skills, has left even the seasoned IT executives in a maze. It has become more complex to justify the IT expenses and establish meaning Total Cost of Operations (TCO) for most IT executives.
